Returns & Exchanges

At FAB Indian Hair your satisfaction is our guarantee.  Follow these easy steps below if you would like to return or exchange your merchandise.

If you would like to return or exchange an item you must return hair in original condition.  There is a restocking fee of 20%.

Hair cannot be altered, colored, processed in anyway.  Hair cannot be loose or hair tie(s) cannot be removed.  Please contact customer service email your response Click here with a reason for the return or exchange customerservice@fabindianhair.com.  You have up to 5 business days to send this request.  One of our representatives will contact you on your issue.

All our products are inspected before shipping.  To ensure you receive the absolute best hair purchasing experience, we are more than happy to accommodate the return or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, tampered or worn.

Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product which we take serious to public safety and DO NOT allow unopened items to be returned for the safety of our clients.

In order to return unopened hair you must contact us first at (the link posted here) with in 30 day period.  We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  All FAB Indian Hair extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, along with a description of your return.

Once we receive the item(s), it will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return.  Opened merchandise will not be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because FAB Indian Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.

Once hair is properly inspected and confirmed that hair extension were not opened, altered, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.  Restocking fee of 20% will be deducted.  The period of return will be up to 30 days of once product is received.
